No nap

So, I tried to stretch Noah yesterday and not give him a nap, in hopes of him sleeping better.
I gave him permission to stay downstairs with the big girls while I put the rest of the kids to bed.
But, when I came back down, here's what I found.
Isn't he sweet.
Yes, that's a bottle in his mouth, yes I caved, yes I know he's four years old.
I'm working on it.

  1. Oh, giving up nap time is not always easy...best wishes to you on helping him do that. Noah's home safe with you and everything else will work it's way out in time. He sure is a sweet little boy. ~Mare

  2. Oh I just love seeing the bottle in his mouth, my oldest daughter started talking about 12 months and it really was amazing, she didn't even talk like a baby at all. But she would not part with the bottle (she didn't even start taking it until she was 11 months) we started putting only water in it when she hit 2, but she was really about four when we finally talked her out of it.. I figured it wasn't hurting anything (it was just water),the only thing is she was very tall for her age so she looked like she was 6...I actually think she finally caved to
peer presure! She is now almost 19 and I don't see any side effects to her having a bottle that long! So no worries!!
